Studying credit module course "Micro- and nanosystems" is based on the general course of natural-scientific training and knowledge obtained in the study of such subjects as "Chemistry", "Quantum Mechanics", "Statistical physics", "Solid State Physics" , "Field theory", "Technological foundations of electronics", "Solid State Electronics", "Photonics" and "Fundamentals of nanoelectronics" of professional and practical training of bachelors of electronics.
