In the late 2010 I found possibility of realization my achievements in modeling of resonant-tunneling diode and other nanoscaled layered structures with transverse transport in the form of application with graphical user interface (Matlab GUI).
There was a way how "QuanT" (Quantum Transport Simulation Tool) appeared.

You can download current version of "QuanT" below. We recomend to use Matlab 2010, because we didn't test it at earlier versions.
