The main objective of the course "Superfast electronic devices" is to give in-depth knowledge of active electronic components with a focus on current trends in electronic technology. These include, first, the consideration of the dynamics of physical processes that take place in a variety of electronic devices with emphasis on performance processes and analysis of semiconductor materials in terms of their dynamic properties. Second, consideration of new physical effects that can be detected with the development of nanotechnology to create a superfast devices.
