Born in 1939. In 1960 graduated radioengineering faculty of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, major in electronic devices. Worked as an Assistant Professor, then as Senior Lecturer at Electronic Devices Department. Received Ph.D. degree in 1972. From the day of Theoretical Electronics Department foundation worked there as Associate Professor, later as Professor. In 2004 awarded Professor title. For years lectured discipline "Physical Fundamentals of Electronics". For this discipline prepared set of experiment classes and setups. He published textbook „Physical Fundamentals of Electronics” and won KPI contest in 1984. Lectures on Electromagnetic Field Theory, Physics of Electronic Processes, Nanoelectronis Fundamentals, and Very High Speed Electronics. Published textbooks on Physics of Electronic Processes in two parts - Electronic States and Dynamic Processes. Supervises Masters and Ph.D. students and scientific work at the department. Under his supervision 3 students received Ph.D. degrees. Author of 2 inventions. Awarded with 2 medals and honour title for the achievements in education.
