He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Electronics of "KPI" in 2007, specializing in "Physical and biomedical electronics. Works assistant in the department FBME, a junior researcher at Research Institute of Applied electronics. In 2010, a postgraduate KPI on specialty" solid-state electronics. Member of the Institute of Engineers electrical and Electronics (IEEE). author of 13 publications and two scientific and methodological developments. Under the direction of A. Fedyai were defended four undergraduate certification works. in 2011 he took part in the development of applications for the simulation of heterostructures with quantum transverse transport "QuanT", which is equipped with a graphical user interface and has no analogues in Ukraine. Conducts practical and laboratory classes on the courses: "Theory of Fields", "Physics of electronic processes," "Fundamentals of nanoelectronics", "Photonics".
