The purpose of discipline - improving training in long-term interdisciplinary scientific and technical direction at the intersection areas of electronics, medicine, computer science and telecommunications. General information about telemedicine, telemedicine systems principles and technologies for making typical telemedicine procedures are considered.

Syllabus: characterization of telemedicine and terminology, content of the typical telemedicine problems, telemedicine services, content of the main types of professional support in telemedicine, general principles of telemedicine systems response, standards, composition and characteristics of the typical components of telemedicine systems by type of service, principles of telemedicine infrastructure, integration of electronic media, especially development and use of technology, information, intellectual resources in telemedicine systems, the structure and functioning of existing telemedicine systems for different purposes, some typical technologies and manufacturing operations technical and information support training and telemedicine procedures.
