Born in 1940 graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 1964 in "Electronic devices". After that he worked in the Research Institute "Orion", developing the most modern electronic equipment extremely high frequencies. PhD thesis defended in 1970 and her doctor - in 1987 he published 148 scientific papers. He was awarded two medals. Author of 20 inventions. In the KPI is from 1994
