Olena Faliyeva

Born in 1981. Received ME in 2005. Since 2008 works at the Department of Physical and biomedical electronics. In 2011 he defended Ph.D.thesis on "Modeling of submicrometre heterotransistors of low-dimensional systems." Published 15 scientific papers, member of IEEE.
