Was born in 1947, graduated Kiev Higher Engineering college on radio air defense in 1970 for radar field (military radio engineer), from 1965 to 1996 he served in the Armed Forces, Ph.D. (from 1977.) Associate Professor (since 1987), a retired colonel, veteran of military service. From 1996 to 1999 worked at the National Agency on IT under the President of Ukraine from 1999 to 2001. - In State Communications Committee of Ukraine. Specialist in computational and measurement systems, telemetry systems. Over the past 5 years trained 10 bachelors, 10 specialists, 3 master's degrees.
Research interests
Signal processing, more informative observations of complex systems, improvement of medical diagnostic systems.
