Dynamic systems

Years:
VI
Semesters:
XI
Credits:
3.00

"Dynamic Systems" discipline is part of Master of Electronics program. The purpose of this discipline is to present methods of mathematical modeling and analysis of linear and nonlinear engineering systems in the time domain based on electrodynamic analogies. To develop the discipline it is necessary to have knowledge in the following subject fields:

Mathematical modeling of systems and processes

Years:
VI
Semesters:
XI
Credits:
3.50

The course "Mathematical modeling of systems and processes" is given to masters of electronics.

The course outlines the generalized methods for modeling of physical, engineering, biological systems and processes, and methods to research models that are basic to the study of these processes. The models that are built with laws of conservation of mass, energy, number of particles and the effect of specific and general mechanisms of interaction between objects and the environment in these models. Basic biophysical processes associated with the operation of living systems and their mathematical modeling are studied as well. The course also outlines the generalized characteristics of biological systems as an object of research and forms the basic model for the study of living systems. The course is based on knowledge of Biophysics, probability theory, information theory, mathematics and physics.

Methods and systems of telecommunications

Years:
VI
Semesters:
XI
Credits:
3.50

Discipline "Methods and systems of telecommunications" provides training in development of telecommunications systems components. Knowledge and skills gained in the course are used in the preparation of master project.

General principles of communication systems are discussed in lectures, background and reasons of specific technical solutions are explained with examples of modern telecommunications systems. In the workshops students gain experience in modeling and analysis of telecommunications systems components.

Micro- and nanosystems

Years:
VI
Semesters:
XI
Credits:
4.00

Studying credit module course "Micro- and nanosystems" is based on the general course of natural-scientific training and knowledge obtained in the study of such subjects as "Chemistry", "Quantum Mechanics", "Statistical physics", "Solid State Physics" , "Field theory", "Technological foundations of electronics", "Solid State Electronics", "Photonics" and "Fundamentals of nanoelectronics" of professional and practical training of bachelors of electronics.

Telemedicine systems

Years:
VI
Semesters:
XI
Credits:
2.00

The purpose of discipline - improving training in long-term interdisciplinary scientific and technical direction at the intersection areas of electronics, medicine, computer science and telecommunications. General information about telemedicine, telemedicine systems principles and technologies for making typical telemedicine procedures are considered.
